Who is Providing the Home Care Services?

The Granny NANNIES recruiting team scours our region to find the best and brightest caregivers available. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond the basic credentialing requirements set forth by the state. We believe in setting a higher bar for excellence and professionalism. All caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process which includes the verification of credentialing and training, state and national criminal background checks, work references, personal references, illegal drug testing, and physical exams by a physician. We understand the significant difference between an average caregiver and an exceptional one, which is why we take our recruiting process to the next level. Our goal is to ensure that every caregiver we recommend provides our clients the same level of expertise, care, and compassion they would provide for a member of their own family.

  • Recommending the right caregiver for a particular client’s needs is the key to success. We carefully match caregivers with clients based on each client's care plan, requested schedule, location, and personal preferences to ensure the best fit for our client’s needs.

  • Yes. We would be happy to arrange an introductory meeting if the client prefers to meet the caregiver prior to initiating the care.

  • No problem. We know that this is an extremely personalized service. While a particular caregiver may be preferred by some clients, there can be times when the fit may not be ideal for others. Correcting this is as simple as calling your assigned care coordinator, letting them know you’d like to make a change, and your care coordinator will immediately find a suitable replacement caregiver.
