How long does it take to get services started?
We can typically start services in two business days.

What if there is an urgent need? Can we get services started sooner?
Yes. For those in emergency situations, we can accelerate the process by assigning multiple care coordinators to assist. In most cases, we can have a caregiver at the client’s home in 3 hours or less.

Can I reach the office outside of normal business hours?
Yes.
We have an On-Call team that is available for night and weekend emergencies when our administrative offices are closed. We do not use an answering service, as we cannot control the customer service they provide. Instead, we rely on our dedicated Granny NANNIES internal office staff to ensure you receive the same excellent experience every time you call, 24/7.
