What are the Hourly Service Minimums?

We understand that our clients expect dependable, consistent care. By having service minimums, we can ensure that our clients will be paired with a caregiver who will deliver the reliability and continuity they’re looking for. Decades of experience have shown that providing services below our minimums often leads to caregiver turnover, which is disruptive to the quality of care.

  • Yes. We offer both ongoing and temporary care services to meet varying needs.

  • Visit: 4 hours
    Weekly: 20 hours

    Example 1:
    Three 5-hour visits on a weekly basis
    Example 2:
    Four 4-hour visits on a weekly basis
    Example 3:
    Two 7.5-hour visits on a weekly basis
    You get to customize the schedule based on your specific needs. That said, we are capable of providing services well beyond our minimums, being able to accommodate up to 24/7 care and everything in between.

  • Visit: 6 hours
    Weekly: 24 hours
    Total Usage: 40 hours over two weeks

    Example 1:
    Seven 6-hour visits over two weeks
    Example 2:
    Four 12-hour visits over two weeks
    Example 3:
    Five 8-hour visits for two weeks
