What are your service minimums?

What are your service minimums?

Our Ongoing service minimums are as follows:
  • 20 hours of Ongoing Services per week
  • 4 hours per Visit
The shifts can be arranged any way you like so long as they are at least 4 hours long and total at least 20 hours per week (i.e., five 4’s, four 5's, two 10’s, three 7's, etc.). We know that our customers expect consistent, reliable care, and establishing these minimums allows us to match you with Caregivers that will provide that consistency. Many years of experience have taught us that volume below our minimums typically results in significant Caregiver turnover. If your request is 15-19 hours per week, please contact our office and we'll see if we can make an exception provided there is Caregiver availability.

What are your service minimums for Temporary care (2 weeks or less)?

Our Temporary service minimums are as follows:
  • 40 hours (or longer) of Temporary services per week
  • 8 hours (or longer) per Visit
Temporary care services are typically considered two weeks or less. Our temporary service minimums are higher than our ongoing service minimums because the Caregivers generally show less interest in short-term/low-volume work opportunities, and we want to ensure that even our temporary clients get great care! The temporary shifts can be arranged any way you like so long as they are at least 8 hours long and total at least 40 hours per week (i.e., five 8’s, four 10's, etc.). If your request is 30-39 hours for the week, please contact our office and we'll see if we can make an exception provided there is Caregiver availability.

Service Disclaimer:

Each Granny NANNIES location is independently owned and operated. Granny NANNIES Licensing Group, LLC and its affiliates do not control or manage the day-to-day business operations of any Granny NANNIES licensed locations. Each location chooses to operate one of two different types of business models. Some locations are providers of home care. These locations employ the care providers who provide home care for their clients. Other locations are care-provider referral services. These locations help match clients seeking a home care provider with pre-background-screened, pre-credential-verified care providers who operate independently and are not employees of the location. This business model supports consumer-directed home care, where the consumer determines all aspects of a home-care arrangement. You should contact a Granny NANNIES location directly to confirm the type of business model it operates.
