How do I Get Started?

At Granny NANNIES, we’ve designed a quick and easy onboarding process that takes less than 30 minutes of your time. No need to worry about printing, mailing, or faxing any paperwork. We can handle everything electronically and over the phone, making it convenient for those with busy schedules or who may live out of town. We also offer in-home assessments to ensure your loved one's needs are fully understood. Every client is unique, and we’ll guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition into our care services.

  • We’re here to help every step of the way. With over 35 years of experience serving the Orlando area, our staff understands the ins and outs of most care needs. We can provide guidance specific to your situation or, at a minimum, point you toward the right resources so you can get the support your loved one deserves.

  • We can start services in less than one day!

  • We have an On-Call team that is available for night and weekend emergencies when our Admin Offices are closed. We do not use an answering service, as we cannot control the customer service they provide. Instead, we utilize actual Granny NANNIES Internal Office Staff so we can ensure you have the same great Granny NANNIES experience anytime you call 24/7

  • Getting services started only requires one phone call and three easy steps.

    • Call our office to be connected with someone on our inquiry team to get you started on creating a personalized care plan. The care plan acts as a guide for providing tailored and comprehensive care to the client.
    • Our inquiry team will assign you a Client Services Coordinator. This ensures personalized attention and coordination of all aspects of our client's care, providing a consistent point of contact for the best possible support. Your Client Services Coordinator will review the care plan and work with you on finding a perfect caregiver.
    • To begin home care services in Florida, it is essential to complete the necessary paperwork as required by the state. We will carefully review these documents with you and offer support throughout the entire process. Whether you prefer assistance electronically or in person, we are here to help at every step.

  • Requesting an in-home visit with Granny Nannies is easy. Our Orlando office staff can come to your home to complete the sign-up process, collect details about care needs, and help get services started quickly and smoothly.
