Rates and Minimums

Yes! Both ongoing care services as well as temporary care services are available.

Ongoing Care minimums are at least 4 hours per shift. No Minimum shifts.

Temporary Care minimums do vary. Average cases are typically at least 12 hours per week.

Our rates range from $27 to $30 per hour.

$27 per hour for more than 12 hours per week.

$30 per hour for less than 12 hours per week.

Several factors including the caregiver’s compensation expectations, whether the services are ongoing or temporary, the requested volume of care, the level of care needed, weekdays versus weekends, the client’s location, and the number of clients in the home will determine the total hourly rate.

Example 1:

24/7 care in the home would have a lower rate versus care in the home for our minimum of 4 hours per week.

Example 2:

Ongoing services more than 12 hours per week would have a lower rate versus temporary services for less then 12 hours per week.
