We want to ensure transparency regarding payment options. Our agency as well as any Non-Skilled Home Health Agency specializes in providing private pay home care services. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover this type of care, and at this time, we are not accepting Medicaid patients. We do however accept private Long Term Care Insurance. Are ongoing care services and temporary care services available?

Yes! Both ongoing care services as well as temporary care services are available.
What are your service minimums?

We have a 20hr week ongoing care minimum (to keep continuity of care). We will work with clients on case-by-case base if less hours are needed.

Temporary care minimums very case by case and most are no less than 20hrs.

Outside of the 20hr weekly minimum we offer 1hr wellness checks.
How much do services cost?

Our rates range from $29.75 an hour and up.
Why do rates vary?

Several factors including the caregiver’s compensation expectations, whether the services are ongoing or temporary, the requested volume of care, the level of care needed, weekdays versus weekends, the client’s location, and the number of clients in the home will determine the total hourly rate.

Do you have a setup fee or require a deposit?

No! We have no setup fees, long-term contracts, or deposits—just a simple Service Agreement. While many agencies require contracts with deposits and time commitments, we believe in earning your business through quality service, not binding agreements.
